ECF Announcements

As of 6/1/05, all attorneys are required to file all pleadings electronically using the Electronic Case Filing (ECF) system.  Attorneys must complete an Attorney ECF Registration Form and fax it to the Clerk's Office at 202-354-3128.  ECF Training is required before a password is issued.

The Clerk's Office implemented a Creditor/Claimant/Limited-Use e-filing capability for creditor attorneys and creditor agencies in March 2005.
