PROPOSED ORDERS REGARDING MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
Effective immediately, the Court requires that all proposed orders regarding an extension of time, of any kind, must include the proposed, extended deadline in the body of the proposed order. If this deadline is not spelled out in the proposed order, the Court will direct the Clerk to issue a deficiency.
PROPOSED ORDERS REGARDING MOTION FOR COMPENSATION
Effective immediately, the Court requires that all proposed orders regarding an application for compensation must include the proposed, dollar amounts in the body of the proposed order. If the amounts are not spelled out in the proposed order, the Court will direct the Clerk to issue a deficiency.
RETURNED MAIL POLICY CHANGES
The Court no longer requires the Clerk's Office to retain returned mail. Effective immediately, all 341 Meeting Notices and Orders of Discharge (sent out by the Clerk's Office through the BNC) will be returned to the debtor's attorney or debtor (when debtor is Pro Se). The debtor's attorney or the pro se debtor will be responsible for correcting the bad address and forwarding the returned document to the appropriate party.
