The Court has issued General Order 2021-3 adopting (i) Local Bankruptcy Rule 2016-5 containing a new fee structure for chapter 13 cases including a presumptively reasonable fee, and (ii) a new chapter 13 form plan (new Local Form 14). The presumptively reasonable fee and new form plan may be used beginning July 1, 2021 and will be required after August 1, 2021. The Court has placed the new form plan in Word on its website and it is available here: https://www.dcb.uscourts.gov/local-forms/Official Local Form 14. The Court is working on an interactive PDF version of the new form plan and anticipates that it will be available in the next few weeks.
