On March 27, 2021, the President signed the COVID-19 Bankruptcy Relief Extension Act of 2021, which extends many of the deadlines that would have otherwise sunset under the 2020 law, including the increased debt limits for the SBRA and the availability of 84-month plans in chapter 13.
