NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS

TO LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULES AND FORMS

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia has approved for publication and comments Appendix E, the Mortgage Modification Program Procedures and associated Local Official Forms. The proposed local rule amendments are available on the Court’s website at: https://www.dcb.uscourts.gov/Rules. Appendix E and the associated Local Official Forms will be adopted and become effective unless modified or withdrawn by the Court after receiving comments from organized bar associations, members of the bar, and the public.

Comments on the proposed amended local rules must be submitted on or before June 30, 2022, to David N. Tabakin, Career Law Clerk, 333 Constitution Ave NW, Room 2114, Washington, DC 20001 or emailed to Gunn_Chambers@dcb.uscourts.gov. If adopted, Appendix E, the Mortgage Modification Program Procedures and associated Local Official Forms will take effect on July 1, 2022.
