Judge Gunn has invited Assistant U.S. Trustee Michael Freeman to spend a few minutes discussing the USTP’s new final rule updating the procedures for completion of the Uniform Periodic Reports in Small Business Cases under Chapter 11, which have an effective date of June 21, 2021. Judge Gunn welcomes the bar to submit questions or other issues they would like her to address, otherwise she will have to have her law clerk perform another dramatic reading.
