The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia is pleased to announce that the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has selected Elizabeth Gunn to fill the vacancy for United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Columbia.  The vacancy was created by the retirement of Judge S. Martin Teel, Jr. (who continues to serve as a recalled Bankruptcy Judge).  Judge Gunn will begin her service as a Bankruptcy Judge on September 4, 2020.
