In addition to December 25, 2025, and January 1, 2026, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia will be closed December 24, 2025; December 26, 2025; and January 2, 2026. These additional dates will also be treated as legal holidays for the purposes of Rule 9006 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and Rule 6 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
